Cancelling a service

  1. Log in to the client area
  2. Go to Services → My services
  3. Click the service you want to cancel
  4. Choose Request cancellation
  5. Choose Immediate or End of billing period

Note: Domains are not cancelled automatically when hosting is cancelled.
