Email accounts in the control panel

  1. Log in to the control panel at web.ovit.cloud.
  2. If you have more than one domain, pick the right one at the top of the left-hand menu.
  3. Choose Edit Users and click Add user.
  4. Enter the name before the @ (for example post), a strong password and, if you like, a quota.
  5. Save.

The mailbox username is the full email address, for example post@yourdomain.no. Forwarders and aliases are under Edit Mail Aliases. Starter has room for 10 mailboxes, Professional for 50 and Business for 200.

Reading your email

  • Webmail: mail.ovit.cloud
  • IMAP server: mail.ovit.cloud, port 993 (SSL/TLS)
  • SMTP server: mail.ovit.cloud, port 587 (STARTTLS) or 465 (SSL/TLS)
